Sunflowers and some more

So - my husband and I rode mountain bikes by the Granite Mountain area early this morning and we noticed all these sunflowers everywhere. The recent heavy rain had eaten up quite a few gruves into the trails, but the sunflowers did not seem to mind. What a nice season for wildflowers in Prescott this year.

This summer has been great though with abundant rain. So - here is one of my flowers that is a late bloomer and simply delightful.

Prescott Wild Flowers after the rain
