I had just watered my spinach garden, when I noticed a visitor enjoying the fresh water. It was a warm summer, so I'm sure it was appreciated.

Yes. A turtle catching a bite of fresh air at Lynx Lake. I could not believe my eyes at first, but good thing had my camera with me.

Standing on the other side of the shore of the lake. Perfectly, by the trees where the lake mirrowed the images of the trees on the surface.

Not. Just listening orders, after eagle's departure hike continued and this seemed like a good spot for a photo and of course my husband be a great subject in it.

So - I decided to take a hike, with my husband. To our utmost delight, we saw an eagle although the bird really was not in the mood of posing.
