A turtle

Yes. A turtle catching a bite of fresh air at Lynx Lake. I could not believe my eyes at first, but good thing had my camera with me.

Well - now I know that there is at least one turtle in one of our local lakes. As I was walking along the trail I heard a big splash and so I wondered if it was a fish. No - it was not a fish, all of a sudden a turtle came up for some air. What a treat. what a treat!
