This year I decided to plant a row of sunflowers along the side of my house in my backyard. I am celebrating the first sunflower.

Sunflowers and some more

So - my husband and I rode mountain bikes by the Granite Mountain area early this morning and we noticed all these sunflowers everywhere. The recent heavy rain had eaten up quite a few gruves into the trails, but the sunflowers did not seem to mind. What a nice season for wildflowers in Prescott this year.
