Soldier's Boots

These cast iron boots can be seen in front of the Veterans Administrative Hospital in Prescott. The statue of the boots was erected to honor the Iraqi war veterans. There is actually a machine gun in between the boots, but I just wanted to capture the boots without the gun.

Fort Whipple

This is a very cool set of buildings - the old Fort Whipple, currently the VA Hospital. I like going there sometimes just for the old world feel. It has the whitewash buildings and the big trees. There is a chapel in the grounds as well.
