Giraffe in Arizona?

Yes indeed - my husband and I saw a giraffe.. because we went ahead to a local zoo : )

Comtrail of a missile

Woke up as usual and took a look at the morning sky, but I knew this one was not a cloud, so I hurried with my camera and took a few pics. Come to find out later in the news it indeed was a comtrail  from missile tests at the White Sands, New Mexico. 

Hummingbirds...

Are still busy at our feeders - summer is not over yet in Arizona.
